Hardware Review - Proto Simtech PT-1 Pedals

In Sim Racing this could almost be called the year of the pedals.  We have seen more pedals come out this year then any year past.  The Proto SimTech PT-1 pedals are another one of those pedals sets to come out this year.

This pedal set is a unique design and features a gas, brake and clutch pedal.  Each pedal on the Pt-1 are different and offer a feeling designed to mimic the real life counter parts.  They are highly adjustable and offer features that are found on much more expensive pedals.

The PT-1 pedals start out at $419 dollars and are being built in small batches.  We got our hands on a set and were able to take them for a full ride.  In this review we take a tour of the features of the PT-1's and then we talk about all of the adjustments that can be made.  We then move on to on track usage and talk abut how they feel while driving.  We finish the review off with The Good, The Bad and the Bottom line about them.

Hey Shaun:

I was hoping to participate in the next race and on Simracing System it says it's at Fuji. Which version of Fuji should I download.

I am all signed up and ready to race in the Carrera Cup, except for one thing.  How do I obtain Road America?  I do not have it in AC as one of my tracks.  Where is it?

Great review, you've convinced me to buy one of these for my rigsmile

One question, do you think the mounting brackets could be inverted (and swapped left to right) to mount it from the top?
